This week we continue to see interest in the market and if the price is right the property sells.  The new construction of hurricane houses continues and I have 2 new contracts in this improved home building techniques.  Lot sales are still active and with the development of possible no property taxes in Florida, the market is moving.  The big development in the market is the mortgage rates continue down and the rumors are out there that the rate will go down to 4%.  If you are interested in selling or buy the time is now.  If you know of anyone that might be interested in acquiring or selling their property in Southwest Florida I would be glad to help them.
