Real Estate is getting exciting and very busy now.  There are alot more buyers looking and willing to buy.  Sellers are putting out great deals that are driving the buyers to make great deals.  My office is running a special promotion by running open houses in one section of the area.  The goal is get EVERY house that is for sale open on Friday so a buyer can look at every houses in that section at one time.  It is like going into a store and standing in the aisle comparing prices and features and do it at one time.  There has been alot of buyers coming through the houses and trying to decide which house ot buy.

 

One of my listing reduced the price 10k and had a offer made on the home.  The offer was not accepted but the house is ready to sell and is very nice for being on the water with a pool.  I got 2 different model homes completed as well and showing them on weekdays.  The hurricane resistant houses are coming along great and they should be completely finished in the coming months.
