The market continues to improve.  There are some great deals coming forward with sellers trying to attract that potential buyer.  161 Brig Cir, a 3/2/2 at 280,000 will come down everyday 500 dollars until it sells.  It is a new construction with 1600 feet under air and it is located up against a county green belt that has a bicycle path running thorugh it.  Really great deal....had another showing at 2565 Klass Ter and what a nice home on the water with a pool.  You can see it in the pictures on this site.  Talking about waterfront property...17288 OHara is down to 475,000 with a very motivated buyer and it has a boat lift right across from Collingswood Point.  If you know anyone interested in buying or selling there real estate please contact me, I would love to work for them.
