The sign of continual market movement has continued this week.  Two investors are looking at lots on Palm Island that will develop in the future and the prices and the deals you can get are ripe for the picking.  I also had a call for a cash offer on Klass Ter and those buters are still shopping around for a deal.  There is another deal in the making for a fixer up and the one thing that is driving all of these sells is the price.  The prices are at the lowest according to the blessing of the newspaper and this is the "bottom" of the market and buyers best start moving now.
